Despite all the hardships she has gone through in life, Umm al-Banin continues to strive and hope for the betterment of her family's situation. While her father has gone to the city to work, Umm al-Banin and Zainab Khanum went to the mountains to collect firewood and try to make ends meet and prepare food for the family.

After collecting the firewood, they both returned home and started preparing dinner. These tasks may seem simple, but for Umm al-Banin and Zainab, they are part of the daily struggle to make ends meet and get through difficult circumstances.

Amidst all the hardships, the companionship and cooperation of these two people has kept hope alive in the house. Now, with their own efforts, they have prepared the family's dinner and spent another night together.
