• Software is evolving from code (Software 1.0) → neural networks (Software 2.0) → prompts and LLMs (Software 3.0).

• English is becoming a programming language. People are now programming computers using natural language.

• Everyone should learn to build, not just consume AI tools.

• Non-developers now have an unfair advantage because AI dramatically lowers the barrier to creating software.

• LLMs are becoming a new kind of operating system, not just a chatbot.

• We're still in the "1960s era" of AI. The infrastructure and products are far from mature.

• AI has superhuman knowledge but also human-like flaws such as hallucinations, memory limitations, and reasoning gaps.

• The biggest opportunities are in building partial-autonomy products where humans stay in the loop.

• The future is more "Iron Man suits" than fully autonomous robots. AI should amplify humans, not replace them.

• The most successful AI products will help humans generate and verify work faster.

• AI agents are powerful, but most people underestimate how difficult real-world autonomy actually is.

• Vibe coding is real. People can now build software simply by describing what they want.

• The ability to turn ideas into products is becoming more valuable than knowing every technical detail.

• A huge amount of software will need to be rewritten for an AI-first world.

• The next decade will be defined by people who learn how to build with AI, not just use AI.

• Stop asking, "Which AI tool should I learn?" and start asking, "What can I build that wasn't possible before?"
