I see this too often in real estate, and, honestly, I’m tired of it.

Some flipped homes look amazing on the surface, but behind the paint and staging, there can be missing permits, poor workmanship, and shortcuts that become very expensive later.

If you’re buying a flipped home, inspections are absolutely critical. Just because a house looks new and flashy doesn’t mean it was renovated correctly.
