Cellphone footage shows Jofram Gallipolli and his family being rescued from beneath the rubble of an apartment block in the Venezuelan state of La Guaira that collapsed in the wake of the twin earthquakes of June 24.

The footage shows the family of three trapped in a confined space and trying to alert rescuers to their presence before being saved.
