Personal update on MSM and DMSO after a year of use—three intense days of yard work including digging a four-foot trench in hard clay, chain-sawing tree limbs overhead, crawling on knees to clear a failed herb garden, laying new landscape cloth and previous use of DMSO left me with zero joint pain or aches in old injuries like knees, back, collarbone and rotator cuff. MSM in my coffee and having been using DMSO this past year, provided the sulfur support that kept muscles and joints comfortable while working hard and gave me the extra boost to continue working inside during the rain! Processed peppers into sriracha, fermenting onion & honey, homemade ketchup and canning butternut squash. Real life testimony on natural joint relief, sulfur benefits, and simple homesteading food preservation.
