I made over $20,000 basically getting paid to binge-watch TV — and since I don't gatekeep, here's the exact system. I started by finding three faceless YouTube channels covering the same two shows, and noticed each was winning with a different angle: one did breakdowns and endings explained, one did theories, one did recaps. That told me these weren't competing for one video — they were serving an audience that comes back every week for the same show but clicks for different reasons.

From there the workflow is simple. I screenshot the top-performing videos and run them through Gemini to figure out the strongest angle. Then I send all three channels into Claude to analyze the titles, thumbnails, scripts, pacing, and upload cadence — so I'm learning the strategy, not copying the videos. I combine both into 30 new title ideas, drop them into Trello, and my Upwork content team takes over production from there.
