Welcome back to the cottage! Today is a big day, or at least, the start of one. After weeks of waiting and a few delays, the bricks for my dream greenhouse floor have finally arrived!

In this vlog, I take you along to the Botanic Gardens in Dublin for some late summer flower inspiration while I wait for the delivery truck. Then, it's back home to tackle those endless summer garden tidy jobs before the heavy lifting begins. The bricks are finally here, and now the real work starts: wheelbarrowing hundreds of them into place.

I’m nervous but so excited to try laying a herringbone pattern in the next video. Do you think I can pull it off? Let me know your brick-laying tips in the comments!
