I documented how many days in an entire month I felt well enough to leave the house. On average, it was just 4 days. 4 days out of an entire month. That’s it. That’s all I get. Sometimes, when something is too important to miss, I’ll push through and stay awake longer. But then I end up with debilitating symptoms, and now I’ve reached the point where I’m bedbound for days afterward. I hate this so much. So no, even a work-from-home job wouldn’t be possible like this. #mecfs #multiplesclerosis #autoimmunedisease #spoonie #chronicfatigue
