The countdown is officially on.

In just a few hours, the McGowan family will walk through their finished home for the very first time—and we're still racing to the finish.

Photo crews. Video crews. Construction crews. Designers. Stylists. At one point, there are so many people inside this luxury custom home that it's hard to find a quiet corner to film. It's controlled chaos.

As one of the featured homes in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes, every space has to be ready for its close-up. Gallery walls are being hung, shelves are being styled, furniture is being placed, and every final layer of this Studio McGee design is coming together under an incredibly tight deadline.

But the deadline that matters most isn't the cameras. From the very beginning, the McGowan family made one remarkable request: they wouldn't see a single room until the home was completely finished. After months of custom home design, construction, and interior styling, everything comes down to one unforgettable walkthrough.

If you've been following the Oxford Road Estate series—or found us through Dream Home Makeover—this is the moment you've been waiting for. The reveal is finally within reach, and we can't wait for you to experience every detail alongside Shea McGee and the team.

Subscribe and follow along every Wednesday as we count down to Shea's personal tour of the finished home.
