There’s something about a crisp, clear winter day that makes getting out on the curbside even better.

This week I decided to take Dad’s ute out for an extended run, covered plenty of ground, and finished up with another trip to the scrapyard. There weren’t any once in a lifetime finds this time, but the usual suspects kept the day worthwhile, and that’s often how scavenging works.

Sometimes it’s not about finding one incredible item. It’s about consistently spotting value, keeping useful items out of landfill, and enjoying the hunt.

Thanks for coming along for another Melbourne hard rubbish adventure. If you enjoy these weekly kerbside hunts, please like, subscribe, and let me know your favourite find from this episode in the comments.
