Ellen Brown sits with Dr Rebecca English, one of Australia's most respected researchers in home education, who has been researching homeschooling families since 2011.

Her view on homeschooling outcomes is more settled than the public conversation suggests. The research shows homeschooled young people are advantaged both socially and academically, and this episode works through why: parent engagement, the freedom to work towards mastery, and a child having some say in how they learn.
