UpCodes, founded in 2016 in Austin by architect Scott Reynolds and his brother Garrett Reynolds, sells a searchable library of building codes, an AI assistant called Copilot and an AI plan review tool. It has raised about US$7.6M per TechCrunch, including a Series A led by Building Ventures in May 2023 and an extension in 2024.
