Discover the powerful story of Lucky, Nicky, and Dicky Chhetri, three Nepali sisters defying patriarchal traditions to empower women in the Himalayas.

In Nepal, women are often treated as second-class citizens. Refusing to submit to sexist customs, the Chhetri sisters founded Empowering Women of Nepal (EWN), an organization dedicated to helping local women regain control of their lives, build independence, and fight for gender equality.

Women of the Mountains (Femmes des montagnes) takes you deep into their inspiring journey. Watch as they challenge ancestral values, break cultural barriers, and guide Nepali women through a transformative process of healing, independence, and self-fulfillment.
