I have never seen this combination done in a home

Welcome back. The Tasha ARC3264-9019 by Sunshine Homes is a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom manufactured home offering approximately 1,800 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. Built from one of Sunshine Homes' most popular floor plans, The Tasha has been updated with new features, improved storage solutions, and premium finishes that help it stand out in today's competitive housing market.

One of the biggest improvements is the redesigned kitchen and utility area, featuring a larger pantry, expanded utility room space, and a hidden pantry door that blends seamlessly into the cabinetry for a clean, upscale look. The spacious kitchen also includes an updated island layout, modern cabinet designs, and stylish finishes throughout.

The home introduces several firsts for the ARC Series, including an engineered tray ceiling with decorative beams that creates a custom-home feel rarely found in manufactured housing at this price point. Additional upgrades include bronze windows, updated exterior colors, and a beautifully redesigned tile shower floor that adds a touch of luxury to the primary suite.

With 3 spacious bedrooms and an open-concept living area, The Tasha is designed for families, retirees, and anyone looking for a modern home that balances style, functionality, and affordability. Buyers can also choose to have this floor plan built as either an ARC Series or PRIME Series model, providing flexibility to match different budgets and preferences.

In this video, we'll take a complete tour of The Tasha and see if Sunshine Homes got everything exactly right with one of their most popular floor plans.
