Here are the AI tools I use every day to run my business.

I use Codex, Claude, and Grok as my AI developers. Obsidian is my second brain. Herder is my automation tool that handles over 50 agents. They all run on a Mac M5 with 120 gigabytes of RAM. Everything is hosted on Railway for $20 a month. That’s my CRM, ERP, course platform, and automations.
