ABOUT THIS VIDEO
What tools do I actually use to run my company? In this video, I break down the real tech stack behind my AI automation agency and AI training business, starting with my development team. That includes Claude Code, Codex, Kimi, DeepSeek, Gemini, Linear for AI agent project management, and roughly 36 agents working across different projects in the example shown.
From there, I cover the rest of the business stack: CAM for content automation, Streamlabs for livestreaming, Railway for hosting, Cloudflare for domains and file storage, Resend for email automation, OpenRouter for LLM access, Kie.ai for AI images and video, Hermes as an executive AI assistant, Himalaya for email automation, social media publishing tools, Obsidian, Gling, Wispr Flow, Fathom, Granola, and more.
The biggest takeaway is that I increasingly prefer owning and self-hosting the software, data, workflows, and automation behind the business instead of renting everything from disconnected SaaS platforms. When you control the underlying systems, you can connect AI agents directly to the data, automate more of the company, and customize the software around how the business actually operates.
